AMANDA WHELAN: All of our services work the same, no matter which office you go into, that we have a consistent service, that our clients get the best possible service that we can give them. I like being part of making sure that our staff also understand our model and how we are here to serve our clients and I still love being really connected to client experience, that’s another part of my role that I really enjoy. I want our clients to get the best possible service that we can give them.
