Consistent with other services and in keeping with health guidelines, knowmore is implementing health screening questions before any face-to-face appointments in response to the outbreak of COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus). This is effective immediately.
knowmore takes its responsibilities to client and staff wellbeing seriously, and providing safe physical spaces to conduct our work together remains our priority. If you have a face-to-face appointment already booked with us, you will be contacted prior to an appointment and asked health screening questions. You will be asked them again on your arrival. You may also be asked to change to a phone appointment.
We ask you to assist us in this; if our staff become unwell it affects our ability to not only help you but many other survivors we support.
Your time matters to us, as well as your health. If you have an appointment with knowmore coming up and you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who has; have returned from overseas travel in the past 14 days; or have a cough, fever or runny nose, please contact us and we will reschedule you or arrange a phone appointment.

These are challenging times, and you matter to us. We look forward to when these protections no longer apply. In the meantime, please stay safe and well.
