The staff at knowmore were deeply saddened to learn over the weekend of the death of Anthony Foster.
By their courage and willingness to support so many, Anthony and Chrissie Foster have encouraged many survivors of child sexual abuse to come forward with accounts of their own abuse. This has been instrumental in informing the Australian community of the extent, horror and impact of child sexual abuse.
We extend our sympathy to Chrissie Foster and her family.
The Royal Commission issued a media release on Saturday noting the invaluable contribution this family has made to the work of the Commission.
