Shine Lawyers is conducting a class action in relation to the Stolen Generations of the Northern Territory who were forcibly removed from their families as children and have since passed away, as well as their carers and siblings. People who may be eligible for compensation under the class action could be living in any state or territory.
People who may be eligible for compensation have until 27 January 2023 to either register for the class action or opt out. If a person does not register for the class action or opt out, they will not receive a share of the compensation and will be prevented from making a future claim.
